Tax time is here! Seize the opportunity to connect with your clients from 2023 and ensure they have their closing documents ready for their accountant.

Take advantage of tax time to contact all your buyers and sellers from 2023. Ask them if they have all of their closing documents to give to their accountant. Also, you can ask for any referrals and if any contact information has changed. Your clients will remember you for helping them. It is a great time to make those calls!

If you would ever like tips on ways to reach out to contacts, or have any questions contact Kathy HERE.
