Kathy O’Radnik is the Designated Managing Broker and Owner of REMAX 1st Service, a trusted name in Orland Park real estate and the Southwest Chicagoland suburbs. With over four decades of real estate experience, Kathy has built a reputation for professionalism, integrity, and exceptional client service.

A proud Orland Park resident since 1984, Kathy has helped hundreds of families buy and sell homes across the region. Her expertise includes sales, marketing, staging, contract negotiation, relocation, and agent coaching, making her one of the area’s most respected real estate leaders. Before founding REMAX 1st Service, Kathy worked with many of Chicagoland’s most recognized firms, including Koenig & Strey, Baird & Warner, and ERA. She was also the first woman President of the Southwest Suburban Women’s Council of REALTORS® and has served on the Mainstreet Organization of REALTORS® Professional Standards, Grievance, and Public Relations Committees. Kathy also holds the Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager (CRB) designation, one of the industry’s highest credentials for brokerage leadership.
