About Melanie

Although I have been successful in many facets of the real estate industry from development to management for two decades, residential is where I am happiest and it shows in my clients satisfaction when it comes to buying or selling their home. Building a rapport and delivering exceptional customer service is the goal which I strive to meet by possessing my experience, knowledge, guidance, dedication and passion. As a marketing specialist I have the ability to properly expose properties for the shortest amount of market time.

I serve on the board of the Governmental Affairs Committee which is a panel of 25 professionals who strive to make a difference for not just the real estate industry but for residents by being an advocate who is standing up for or against and voting on topics that affect the local market of my clients such as property tax increases and monitoring requirements in regards to inspections, transfer stamps and regulating real estate processes outlined by ordinances and municipalities.

I am a mother of two who run my world and very involved in my community. I also love to travel, cook, swim, eat (food critic) and have friends all over the globe.
